Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Grand Rapids, MI)

Summit Loom Property Management is a Grand Rapids property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
