Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Grand Rapids, MI)

Foxglove Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
