Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Nest Property Management looks after rental homes across the Fresno area, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
