Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fresno, CA)

Nova Iron Housing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
