Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in Fort Worth with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 930 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
