Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Cross Foods is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 309 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules.
