Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Clear Farms Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
