Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Granite Press and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
