Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Field Housing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
