Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Meridian Facilities is a facilities company in Fort Worth with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
