Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

Greenridge Meadow Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Fort Worth plant. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
