Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Clear Freight is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
