Silverline Ember Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system.
