Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

Lumen Ridge Auto Group is a Fort Worth company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
