Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Loom Pharma and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
