Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Oak Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
