Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Quarry Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
