Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Oak Foods is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
