Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Orchard Foods Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 495 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system.
