Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Cedar Pike Pharma and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
