Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Haven Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Detroit, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system.
