Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Denver, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
