Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Beacon Press and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
