Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Dallas, TX)

Fernwood Ember Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Dallas, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. • Experience with an ERP system.
