Harborlight Iron Pharma is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
