Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Pike Markets and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
