Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Quarry Freight is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to dock schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
