Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Willow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Cleveland producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
