Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Ember Press Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
