Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline River Housing Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
