Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Rook Markets serves neighbourhoods around Cleveland with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
