Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Loom Construction is a Cincinnati contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
