Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen Nest Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Cincinnati plant. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
