Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system.
