Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Meadow Markets Group is a Charlotte retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
