Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Rook Property Management is a Buffalo property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
