Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Buffalo, NY)

Lumen Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies.
