Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Haven Auto Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
