Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Forge Health is a healthcare provider in Buffalo with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
