Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boston, MA)

Silverline North Property Management looks after rental homes across the Boston area, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
