Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boston, MA)

Northwind Kestrel Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Boston producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
