Harborlight Oak Civic Services is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
