Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Maple Manufacturing Group is a Boise manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
