Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Meadow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Boise, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
