Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Bright Construction is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
