Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Haven Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Boise, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
