Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Meadow Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Boise plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Boise. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
