Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boise, ID)

Lumen Lakeside Foods is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
