Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Cedar Iron Auto Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Boise. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
