Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Nova Lantern Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
